Employees may choose to participate in group health insurance where the cost of monthly premiums are shared between the employee and the company. There are two plans to choose from.
Dental insurance is available for employees at a very reasonable cost with options of participation for the employee and dependents.
There is an option to participate in group vision insurance.
Full-time BMFA employees are provided with fully paid group life insurance. Additional life insurance may be purchased for yourself and your dependents at a group discount rate.
BMFA provides all full-time employees with Short-Term Disability insurance and Long-Term Disability insurance to provide you with income during a period of disability.
Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off
Paid holidays and paid time off are provided to all full-time employees.
Other leave, such as Bereavement Leave and Jury Duty Leave, are also available to our staff.
