For Your Protection
During this season we have made a few changes.
The daily office/operating hours are set at 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM central time and yes we are still open. In the coming days and possibly weeks you might find fewer people on our campus but we are open.
We have implemented changes to protect our employees, customers, and vendors, while still buying, selling, and fixing fire trucks.
Sanitation practices
Omit hand-shaking
Provide tissues on campus
Require frequent hand-washing
Provide hand sanitizer
Provide disposable disinfectant wipes
Provide personal protective equipment
Institute frequent and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of both fire trucks and all workspaces
Physical separation
Require all employees, where possible according to job function, to telework (work from home)
Increase physical distance among employees performing job functions on-site
Close all facilities to non-essential visitors, but not to customers
Provide flexible and supportive sick leave policies to enable employees to stay at home
Implement the policy that sick employees, and employees that have been exposed to the virus, stay at home
Implement the policy that permits a return to work when criteria to discontinue self-isolation have been met
Business operations
Maintain essential business operations
Discontinue domestic and international business travel
Deliver services remotely -- by phone or video -- whenever possible
We take seriously our calling to serve those who serve and have posted updates on how we plan to do this.

All of these actions are for your protection, employee, customer, and vendor.
