The Brindlee Library is Open

Life is school

Living life is a school all to its own with a wide range of subjects and tests. It happens naturally, day-to-day, and year after year.

It doesn’t matter what a person’s last year of formal education was, they will most often make this statement

“I have learned more after graduating than I ever did in school.”

Some people take learning after school to a whole different level. They intentionally seek out resources: books, seminars, conferences, webinars, podcasts, and the like to expand their knowledge base.

If that’s you, and we hope it is, we want to help. That’s why we are launching The Brindlee Library.

The Brindlee Library

At the moment, the Brindlee Library consists of around 115 book titles, no actual books. You can take a look at the list of books in either of the links below. (These lists are identical, however, the Salesforce version will maintain the most up-to-date information as books are added.)

These lists also are just a reference point, containing the titles, authors, descriptions, and Amazon link to books team members have already completed.

The books are on us!

Here is what Brindlee will do:

  1. We will purchase any book from this list that you would like to read. When you choose a book you will be responsible to meet with your supervisor after completion to give a short, verbal summary of what you read and learned.

  2. You can choose to read another book, not on the list and we will reimburse you for the purchase if when you are finished you meet with your supervisor and give a verbal summary of what you read. You can choose books from any of these topics:

    • Business history

    • Leadership (leading people and teams)

    • Management (managing processes and systems)

    • Spiritual Growth

    • Biblical Studies

    • Marriage and Family

    • Personal Finances

You can choose to read books from any format, hardback, paperback, or digital reader or you can listen to the book through a tool like Audible.
