Founded in 2001, Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus (BMFA) is the largest buyer and seller of used fire trucks in all of the United States. The business was founded by James Wessel, who is still active in day to day operations. One of Mr. Wessel’s passions is the fire industry and supporting fire departments nationwide. With that passion, he has built BMFA into a unique and dynamic company in the industry selling over 500 fire trucks a year.
