Most of the responses are posted in the testimonial section of FireTruckMall.com and sometimes they are sent around as a company-wide email.

Looking through the testimonials you find the customers often mentioning the great service they experienced from their sales rep…way to go team. However, we all know a great final product had to be touched by many hands before it became great.
