After Hours

Walking around the property, shop or office you will get a feeling that real friendship happens between our employees. There will even be times you sense sincere compassion as you listen to conversations.

Both of these are a testament to the culture of Brindlee Mountain.

But an even stronger picture of how our employees care about each other is when you witness that compassion after hours.

It happened last week.

One of our team has recently been battling some health issues that have taken him away from work and his home. The wife of this team member called our office one-day last week to ask for some help to move furniture out of a basement that had recently flooded.

It didn’t take long for volunteers to step up to the plate and agree to help.
