Each time a customer, whether from the purchase, sell or repair of a used fire truck, is treated well and has a great experience, it elevates the possibility they will be a return customer and tell others. The value of word-of-mouth advertising far exceeds anything we could pay for.

For quite some time now, we have followed up on every project these two teams have performed by sending a short survey to the customer. This week our leadership team took some time to review the results of this survey for the last six months of 2020. All they had to say was ‘great job team.’

We are thankful for such a dedicated team that lives out our values of excellence and service as they work with fire departments so they can be prepared to serve.
On-the-road- Service Technicians.
Our road technicians perform preventative and routine maintenance along with pump tests to a growing number of customers in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and other areas. These technicians regularly visit fire departments helping firefighters maintain and keep a reliable apparatus serving their communities.
On-campus Service Technicians
We have a dedicated group of technicians whose main responsibility is to preventive maintenance and other heavier repair work for fire departments in our geographical region.
Both of these teams are experts when it comes to used fire truck repair and has the experience and EVT certifications to prove it.
