Shop Helper
A Shop Helper at Brindlee Mountain works with other team members to create and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
This includes but not limited to the upkeep of interior and exterior workspaces, cleaning of vehicles as needed for customer inspections.
A successful candidate will be a hard worker who can embrace the fast-paced culture of BMFA.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates care and concern towards fellow workers, members of the team and the community, and demonstrates a servant’s attitude at all times.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent work ethic
Eye for detail
Active Driver's License
High School Diploma is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills, participating in company training opportunities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS LEADING TO SUCCESS
Clean offices, including clearing trash, sweeping and mopping floors
Work with Shop Foreman, Service Leads, and Shop Technicians to maintain clean and organized service bays
Keep exterior, work areas and other spaces, clean at all times, especially around the dumpster and pump pad
Clean trucks in preparation for customer visits/inspections. Washing the exterior, including shining tires and wheels and detailing all interior spaces of the truck
Start all trucks on property each Monday morning
Complete a weekly checklist for all trucks on the property, including documenting any problems. (i.e. - dead batteries, cleanliness, fuel level, etc.)
Complete a safety inspection of company vehicles and other equipment as assigned
Perform other projects and tasks as assigned
