Inbound Sales Position
The inbound sales representative is the point person for all incoming sales inquiries through multiple communication tools: phone, email, and social networking. Through initial conversations, the inbound sales representative will identify which BMFA’s offerings will best serve the Fire Department and then enter information into the customer relationship management tool, Salesforce. This position will also support the Sales Representative positions by researching information on trucks, scheduling customer inspections, and other administrative duties as assigned. A successful candidate will embrace the fast-paced culture of BMFA and help qualify and evaluate all sales leads.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates care and concern towards fellow workers, members of the team and the community, and demonstrates a servant’s attitude at all times.
Endorses and displays support of BMFA's mission, vision, values, team culture, and operating principles.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Well versed in telephone sales and/or customer service
Keystroke and typing skills above 50 words per minute
Able to multitasks, phone conversations and capturing information through typing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
Previous experience managing a CRM (customer relations management) tool is a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS LEADING TO SUCCESS
Enthusiastically receive sales calls.
Thoroughly documenting all conversations in Salesforce
Quickly and thoroughly qualify leads in accordance with qualification measurements.
Label leads and distribute them to the next sales channel
Notify sales persons and advise on appropriate follow-up
When appropriate, sign-up customer for BMFA’s product search, Fire Truck Finder or add the customer to Marketing Automation through Salesforce
SUCCESS STARTS WITH THESE THREE
Response to inquiries in two hours
Capture 3 of 12 opportunity components in the first conversation
Update sales stage as appropriate
TIME REQUIRED
Full time, hourly; occasional travel to trade shows
