Title-Logistics Admin
The newly created position, Title-Logistics Admin at Brindlee Mountain works closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to coordinate moving fire trucks to and from customers. This position also works with the Finance team to secure and distribute vehicle titles between customers and Brindlee Mountain.
A successful candidate will be a hard worker who can embrace the fast-paced culture of BMFA.

JOB SUMMARY
The Title-Logistics Admin manages the details of shipping fire trucks to and from the Brindlee campus, collecting and processing the vehicle Title and doing due diligence prior to payment for the purchase of all trucks.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Attention to details a must.
Keystroke and typing skills above 50 words per minute
Able to multitasks, phone conversations and capturing information through typing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Previous experience managing a CRM (customer relations management) tool is a plus
Basic accounting and bookkeeping experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS LEADING TO SUCCESS
Working with both Sales and Purchasing teams to move trucks to and from the BMFA campus.
Responsible for recording all logistics records attaching them to the product’s record.
Working with the Purchasing team to capture the correct quote terms needed for payment.
Be the point person for receiving and distributing vehicle titles.
SUCCESS STARTS WITH THESE THREE
Stay aware of all purchased and sold trucks which need to be transported.
Efficiently collect, transfer and distribute vehicle titles as needed.
Be proactive in managing quote terms for a truck purchase.
TIME REQUIRED
Full time, hourly (40 hours per week)
